In the 19thth minute of the game Tymoteusz Rakowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kayserispor's Doğan Alemdar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Spartak Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Wandzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Józef Wandzik was a little too slow when Spartak Ayala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Józef Wandzik got control of the ball when Yavuz Bülent Akduman tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tymoteusz Rakowski in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doğan Alemdar saved Kayserispor from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Rakowski in the 44th minute of play forced Kayserispor's goalkeeper Doğan Alemdar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Spartak Ayala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kayserispor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosmos 1984 NewDance the free kick. Thanks to some nice moves Milosz Ikalewicz could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Doğan Alemdar however easily saved by the left post. Doğan Alemdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Rakowski in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goal looked a bit too open when Spartak Ayala came free, but Józef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Józef Wandzik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Bülent Akduman in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Tymoteusz Rakowski got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Jan Pietras was substituted for Tymoteusz Rakowski. In the 77th minute, Zbyszko Walkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Spartak Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Fazlı İçkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kayserispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Fazlı İçkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kayserispor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cosmos 1984 NewDance had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
