Percy Paiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Gustavo Madureira's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Tomé Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scragbadun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomé Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moisés Frick stood somewhat misplaced when Tomé Araújo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 28 minute. In the 31st match minute, Athletic Club Larrondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andoni Grove to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Athletic Club Larrondo's Moisés Frick got control of the ball when Tomé Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Moisés Frick managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Scragbadun FC's Tomé Araújo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tomé Araújo in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moisés Frick, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Scragbadun FC booed when Athletic Club Larrondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andoni Grove didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes of play, Scragbadun FC's Martti Kukkur made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Frick was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moisés Frick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martti Kukkur in the 40th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomé Araújo to make the kick off. Moisés Frick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Wallin in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Gustavo Madureira in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Percy Paiva saved Scragbadun FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomé Araújo in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Frick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vladimiro Elizardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomé Araújo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moisés Frick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomé Araújo ran back to his position shaking his head. Scragbadun FC's Martti Kukkur got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moisés Frick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomé Araújo's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. The corner led to Scragbadun FC's Tiaguinho Torres getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Scragbadun FC's Martti Kukkur got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Percy Paiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Muga in the 84th minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Jerry Lewis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athletic Club Larrondo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Lewis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Scragbadun FC's Percy Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Madureira in the 89th minute of play. Moisés Frick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Araújo in the 95th minute of the match.
