Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Jari Fjalland got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Jari Fjalland charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jari Fjalland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Genopole Entreprises getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jari Fjalland hit a great ball. Jari Fjalland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Jari Fjalland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Jari Fjalland scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 3-0. Jari Fjalland might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jari Fjalland ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute, Linus Schwerner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Jari Fjalland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 37th minute, Genopole Entreprises's Jari Fjalland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jari Fjalland in the 41st minute. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a Genopole Entreprises's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Jari Fjalland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Jari Fjalland might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jari Fjalland ran back to his position shaking his head. Linus Schwerner hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Fjalland in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Fjalland in the 60th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Krakouer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. Laurent Bene hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Genopole Entreprises's Jari Fjalland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 80 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jari Fjalland in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Linus Schwerner got a free kick in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Genopole Entreprises had played much better football throughout.
