Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edson Oliveira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Celtic FC's Edson Oliveira got a free kick in the 94th minute. Frank Peletier did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Efrain Salamon 96 minutes into the match. Many of France's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. France may have spent more time on the ball, but Celtic FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
