Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) KaoS Futbol Club's Jacob Albuquerque started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Viriato Moura scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierluigi Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute, KaoS Futbol Club's Jacob Albuquerque ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 17th match minute, KaoS Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lluis Companys to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Tabb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 24th minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pierluigi Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Jacob Albuquerque dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim, 2-1. Faustino Almeida made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Caetano Moreira immediately put the ball in play. In the 33rd minute, Felipe Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pierluigi Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Pierluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 37th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob Albuquerque in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Amancio Semeno in the 51 minute of the game. Pierluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 52nd minute of the match. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pierluigi Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Pierluigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 60th minute. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Pierluigi Buffon made a huge save. Pierluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Pierluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 69th minute of the match. Pierluigi Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipinho Amorim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 83 minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, KaoS Futbol Club's Lluis Companys made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 92 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Moreira. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Portugal eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
