Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adilson Andrade. Andrézinho Severo made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. Caner Timurhan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Eleuterio Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Caner Timurhan struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santos City. 32 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Galo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen. Eleuterio Galo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Caner Timurhan came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eleuterio Galo to strike the kick off in the second half. Chris Nygaards short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Rogelio Aurken to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adilson Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Bertram Svenningsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Santos City's Eleuterio Galo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keld Paulsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Santos City booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience was convinced that Caner Timurhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Galo couldn't finish the play. Rogelio Aurken didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Denmark's Chris Nygaard shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Olav Graversen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Rogelio Aurken made a huge save. Santos City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Denmark for a fine match.
