Jonathan Siong made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Camille Baume hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the game, Stars's Claudinei Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Maxime Durand acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 7th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Claudinei Damião. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Siong, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Remy Dupuy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Muhammad Chan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 13th minute of play forced Stars's goalkeeper Muhammad Chan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wen Ke Yan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Siong in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the France defense, Jonathan Siong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. Muhammad Chan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Peletier went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the game, Remy Dupuy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. France's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stars the free kick. The supporters of Stars booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remy Dupuy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Seng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Chan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Adam Seng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Seng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Siong in the 44th minute of play. Jonathan Siong struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stars. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Stars's Adam Seng made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Seng went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Stars booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxence Durand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Siong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Siong in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stars's Rudy Chandran was substituted for Adam Seng. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Jonathan Siong put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. 76 minutes into the match, Rudy Chandran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudy Chandran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. In the 78thth minute of the game Camille Baume who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stars's Muhammad Chan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Siong in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 minutes, Camille Baume mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the France and the Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camille Baume kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Damião in the 84th minute of play. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Siong in the 87th minute of the match. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Siong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Siong's shot from short distance in the 90th minute.
