Pity 31's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mário Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With an all-out effort, Pity 31's Fábio de Godoi threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aaron Mano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arnoldo Bizi made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ceferino Roland immediately put the ball in play. Adelino Rossi hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Pity 31's Evaristo Avellaneda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fábio de Godoi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Acácio Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Mano in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Pity 31 booed when Unidade Pinto Louco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Pity 31's Abelardo Petrigai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio de Godoi. That made the score 2-1 after 38 minutes of play. Valério Sá's late challenge caught a Pity 31's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valério Sá helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Unidade Pinto Louco's Valério Sá got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Pity 31's Aaron Mano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fábio de Godoi. Fábio de Godoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mário Almeida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eurico Goiano hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Aaron Mano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pity 31's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Mano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fábio de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Acácio Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Milei having to interfere. 63 minutes into the game, Ceferino Roland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pity 31's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unidade Pinto Louco the free kick. Ceferino Roland hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, one of Pity 31:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Délio Lara shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 78thth minute of the game Valentin Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unidade Pinto Louco's Fábio de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fábio de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Unidade Pinto Louco's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Petrigai came free, but Fábio de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Petrigai in the 82nd minute of play forced Unidade Pinto Louco's goalkeeper Fábio de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Mano in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fábio de Godoi saved Unidade Pinto Louco from getting behind. Fábio de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Mano in the 86th minute of play. Omar Balesio hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Unidade Pinto Louco's Jacinto Pinto got a free kick in the 88th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pity 31 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Unidade Pinto Louco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
