The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Lazcano got free with Izydor Byczewski in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milosz Huk made a kick off. AKS Chorzów's Izydor Byczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Blasi in the 52nd minute of play. When Kekambas FC's Leonel Enaut in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 77th minute Blas Peio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Byczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Higinio Blasi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, AKS Chorzów's Borys Chrobak got a free kick in the 81st minute. Esteban Lazcano scored 4-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Byczewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonel Enaut struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Izydor Byczewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kekambas FC. 90 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Enaut came free, but Izydor Byczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
