Abelardo Petrigais short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Frédson Freire to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Xiboquinha FC booed when Pity 31 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Ramone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Ravi Ninho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xiboquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ravi Ninho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Veiga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Meirelles in the 20th minute of play forced Pity 31's goalkeeper Javier Milei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Amor came free, but Frédson Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Meirelles in the 24th minute of play forced Pity 31's goalkeeper Javier Milei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Amor charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Amor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pity 31 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Vladimiro Amor hit a great ball. Javier Milei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Cardoso in the 31st minute of the match. Frédson Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Pellegrino, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Mateo Pellegrino made the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute, Mateo Pellegrino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frédson Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Pity 31's Omar Balesio got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 played minutes Pity 31 got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Bertol. After a defensive mix-up in Pity 31's zone, Cláudio Ramalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Milei came out of the goal and Cláudio Ramalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimiro Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Frédson Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xiboquinha FC's Frédson Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Pellegrino in the 78th minute of play. Mateo Pellegrino kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Alfonso Bertol struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Frédson Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pity 31. In the 84th minute, Noel Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mateo Pellegrino fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pity 31's protests and gave Mateo Pellegrino a yellow card for diving instead. Pity 31 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Xiboquinha FC for a fine match.
