Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Magnus Hedman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Nilsson in the 9th minute of play. Torbjörn Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Magnus Hedman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preator Edikt. If Torbjörn Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magnus Hedman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute, Torbjörn Nilsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magnus Hedman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gabriel Anselius scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magnus Hedman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute Torbjörn Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Hedman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magnus Hedman made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Torbjörn Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute Charlie Bergsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Lite Finare Lite Bättre defense, Torbjörn Nilsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magnus Hedman. The Lite Finare Lite Bättre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magnus Hedman should have stopped the shot. Preator Edikt's Jim Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Hökkvist in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Charlie Bergsten ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jim Hellström. Jim Hellström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Lite Finare Lite Bättre's zone, Torbjörn Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Hedman came out of the goal and Torbjörn Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Torbjörn Nilsson made a precise shot to the right of Magnus Hedman. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 65 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's Torbjörn Nilsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magnus Hedman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 74 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Nilsson. Torbjörn Nilsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magnus Hedman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute Preator Edikt were awarded a corner. Luís Gustavo Barbosa went to the cornerflag to take it. Preator Edikt's Luís Gustavo Barbosa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Magnus Hedman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torbjörn Nilsson in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magnus Hedman saved Lite Finare Lite Bättre from getting behind. There was no doubt that Preator Edikt were the better team. Preator Edikt's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
