Alessandro Pereira's late challenge caught a Lite Finare Lite Bättre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessandro Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Xiboquinha FC's Alessandro Pereira got a free kick in the 10th minute. The supporters of Lite Finare Lite Bättre booed when Xiboquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Safadão came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Bengt Termander. But to his dismay, Bengt Termander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Ivar Utfal got a free kick in the 24th minute. Tiquinho Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bengt Termander in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiago Safadão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Tiago Safadão managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Bengt Termander fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiago Safadão came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Martin Dahlin. But to his dismay, Martin Dahlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Magnus Hedman came out of the goal and Luís Guilherme Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the game, Kléberson Sanches cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Magnus Hedman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 45 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Tiago Safadão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Termander. When Bengt Termander came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lite Finare Lite Bättre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt Termander couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Bengt Termander in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xiboquinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Xiboquinha FC's Júlio Linares got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Tiago Safadão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Bergren, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
