Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sancarbey Çinuçin to make the kick off. Hikmet Türkoğlu's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. England were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing DEMİREL.FC to leave the ground with a draw.
