Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Martesana Inter's Armando Toninelli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Major Barna hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Martesana Inter's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Spada came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, Armando Toninelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Martesana Inter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 15th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Spada was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play forced Martesana Inter's goalkeeper Emilio Spada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin scored 1-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Spada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Spada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Toninelli in the 25th minute of play. Armando Toninelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martesana Inter's Fabio Domina got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Spada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilio Spada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of the match. After 40 minutes Martesana Inter's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. 40 minutes into the match, Martesana Inter's goal looked a bit too open when Vörös Henrik came free, but Emilio Spada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Martesana Inter getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Roger Ibañez hit a great ball. Martesana Inter made a substitution. Fausto Fontana replaced Armando Toninelli. After a rather tough play, Martesana Inter's Roger Ibañez got a free kick in the 48th minute. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Emilio Spada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 58th minute. If Fausto Fontana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Fontana in the 64th minute of the match. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hegedus Henrik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Hungary's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 73 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Olmos came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Spada having to interfere. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Martesana Inter! Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Martesana Inter getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jorge Olmos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Domina in the 89th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Fontana in the 91st minute of the match. Martesana Inter's Fabio Domina got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Martesana Inter fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
