Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Spada having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilio Spada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Emilio Spada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 17th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Emilio Spada. Martesana Inter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Antonio Pinti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Antonio Pinti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Martesana Inter's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Emilio Spada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Spada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Domina in the 31st minute. A collision led to Martesana Inter getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Antonio Pinti hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Spada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Martesana Inter's Fausto Fontana was substituted for Armando Toninelli. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Fontana to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hungary booed when Martesana Inter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Bomba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th match minute, Martesana Inter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Olmos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Martesana Inter getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Donato Lobo hit a great ball. Balazs Lajos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilio Spada having to make a save. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Emilio Spada in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emilio Spada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Martesana Inter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Takacs Tibor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Antal Valentin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Emilio Spada in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 minutes Martesana Inter's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Hungary's Takacs Tibor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Pinti, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Martesana Inter from getting a goal against them. Major Barnas short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Emilio Spada to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Antonio Pinti came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Martesana Inter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Pinti couldn't finish the play. After 91 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. Emilio Spada made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Martesana Inter's Emilio Spada managed to reach the ball for a save. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
