Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antal Valentin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gil Leme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Claus in the 6th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Gil Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acuña's Gil Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play. Gil Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gil Leme was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd match minute, Acuña was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Jerold to maneuver through the defense. Gil Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 38th minute of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Leme having to interfere. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Long Liang Wei made the kick off in the second half. Stig-Arne Stenman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Carolo Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guaberto Pacifico was slow to take the kick. During this time Acuña's players had a chance to rest. Acuña's Guaberto Pacifico was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Acuña's Long Liang Wei got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carolo Claus struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acuña. After 78 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Vörös Henrik. After having played for 79 minutes, Long Liang Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acuña's supporters crossed their fingers, but Long Liang Wei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Acuña's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Leme came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hungary played a much better game than Acuña and deserved their victory. The Acuña players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
