Pegale De Puntín's Rodrigo Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 12th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rodrigo Gau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pegale De Puntín's attentive Lukács Révész managed to snatch the ball when Gust Ennemans made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Bilbo in the 35th minute. Rodrigo Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. At last the ball reached Lars Meesters at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Pegale De Puntín. 0-1. Mathijn Doctor made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gustaaf Groeneveldt immediately put the ball in play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Rodrigo Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 57th minute of the match. Pegale De Puntín's Rodrigo Gau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Pegale De Puntín from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 59th minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Rodrigo Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 61st minute of the match. After 66 minutes Pegale De Puntín's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Rodrigo Gau was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Gustaaf Groeneveldt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. In the 78th match minute, Pegale De Puntín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Rocio to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Rodrigo Gau in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Mathijn Doctor in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pegale De Puntín's Lukács Révész. David Eikelkamp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Rodrigo Gau made a huge save. When Anibal Chap came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Pegale De Puntín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Chap couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Gau made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigo Gau was a little too slow when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-3.
