With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Goyer saved Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting behind. Severo Tono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Goyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Resurrección Diabólica Ψ booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sachs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Tono might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany.
