Latif Hanif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Poppy FC booed when FC Mazovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Mios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Korkut Münir kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Roland Marchlewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencal Olgaç in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, FC Mazovia's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Korkut Münir came free, but Roland Marchlewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Enginsu Oyal fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poppy FC's protests and gave Enginsu Oyal a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Poppy FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! In the 18th minute of the match FC Mazovia got a corner. Poppy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bartosz Kapinos ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Mazovia's Roland Marchlewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Flinck in the 21st minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Mazovia defense, Patrik Flinck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Marchlewicz. The FC Mazovia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Marchlewicz should have stopped the shot. FC Mazovia's Roland Marchlewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Flinck in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Bugajski in the 31st minute of play forced Poppy FC's goalkeeper Latif Hanif to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Poppy FC got a freekick which was hit by Gencal Olgaç. In the 38th minute, Ahmet Hafiz Kumanbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartosz Kapinos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Roland Marchlewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qu Ling Lin went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barnaba Bugajski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Qu Ling Lin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Marchlewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Roland Marchlewicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Poppy FC booed when FC Mazovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Siekierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Korkut Münir got free with Roland Marchlewicz in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Patrik Flinck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Latif Hanif was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Poppy FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
