The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kim Bolas was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Cupial in the 53rd minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanni Demicoli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Batıkan Muhsin made a huge save. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Sliema Dragons FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hasan Tahsin Polatalp took the corner. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batıkan Muhsin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81stth minute of the game Kim Bolas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sliema Dragons FC's Mike Axisa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Häll in the 83rd minute of play. Batıkan Muhsin made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Leszek Cupial sent off a good shot on target. Mike Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Häll in the 86th minute of play. Batıkan Muhsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Bolas in the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Kasper Häll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Axisa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
