GOLD ARMY 1923

Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Peter Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Peter Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 6th minute of the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Ledesmas short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 11th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Gold Army 1923's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Joaquin Ledesma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Ledesma in the 16th minute of play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hungary booed when Gold Army 1923 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Emre Özaydın didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Ledesma in the 30th minute. Joaquin Ledesma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Schmeichel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquin Ledesma to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Joaquin Ledesma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Joaquin Ledesma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Gold Army 1923 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Podwojski to maneuver through the defense. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Gold Army 1923's Peter Schmeichel got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Peter Schmeichel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 68th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Nejat Alp Sezmen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gold Army 1923's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. 68 minutes into the game, one of Gold Army 1923:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A nice corner shot did that Balazs Lajos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Schmeichel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balazs Lajos in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter Schmeichel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Peter Schmeichel. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 82 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Ledesma came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Ledesma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Peter Schmeichel in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Ledesma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Ledesma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Ledesma charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Ledesma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gold Army 1923's Nejat Alp Sezmen got his second yellow card of the match in the 96th minute. The referee ordered Nejat Alp Sezmen off the ground. Hungary played a much better game than Gold Army 1923 and deserved their victory. The Gold Army 1923 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
