Fabio Auer was a little too slow when Maicon Tepedino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandro Galishoff to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Taura Cupincha-U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Jânio Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Schneider, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Marvin Harrer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. If Jonas Nalder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Riedl. Caco Lira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabio Auer. Austria's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Tepedino in the 87th minute of the match. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Tróia in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Leonhard Maier hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Taura Cupincha-U18 had won after a very even match.
