Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tosh Goodwin got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. In the 9th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Calvin Clark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Goodwin in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Tosh Goodwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egg Chasers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tosh Goodwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Goodwin in the 41st minute of play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Vincent Blakeley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Crouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Peter Crouch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egg Chasers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Crouch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Vincent Blakeley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. After 68 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Whieldon. Vincent Blakeley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Calvin Clark shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Vincent Blakeley in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Tosh Goodwin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Egg Chasers FC from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Egg Chasers FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
