Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cyrille Melon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in R.C. Marseille's zone, Patryk Kopacz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustave Souchu came out of the goal and Patryk Kopacz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 4th match minute, R.C. Marseille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Abrego to maneuver through the defense. Gustave Souchu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Beauval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Beauval in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustave Souchu saved R.C. Marseille from getting behind. R.C. Marseille's Gustave Souchu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Beauval in the 9th minute of play. If Abraham Beauval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Abraham Beauval's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustave Souchu was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Cuauhtémoc Cardenas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, R.C. Marseille's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Beauval came free, but Gustave Souchu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustave Souchu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Beauval in the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Les Pionniers de Touraine were awarded a corner. Abraham Beauval went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Beauval got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gustave Souchu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gustave Souchu came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval. But to his dismay, Abraham Beauval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Abraham Beauval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gustave Souchu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abraham Beauval blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustave Souchu having to make a save. Mihail Toader could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ziemowit Harasimowicz made a huge save. Jean-Marc Buisson made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mihail Toader. Abraham Beauval scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Souchu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abraham Beauval scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Souchu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mickaël Métenier to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Renan Bouzat shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ziemowit Harasimowicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abraham Beauval stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jean-Marc Buisson made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Les Pionniers de Touraine's Cuauhtémoc Cardenas. Abraham Beauval took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustave Souchu. Gustave Souchu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 61st match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mickaël Métenier to maneuver through the defense. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Désiré Alberto was substituted for Patryk Kopacz. A collision led to Les Pionniers de Touraine getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mickaël Métenier hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Les Pionniers de Touraine's zone, Renan Bouzat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziemowit Harasimowicz came out of the goal and Renan Bouzat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustave Souchu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Beauval's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Jean-Marc Buisson with Song Xing Le as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ziemowit Harasimowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Xing Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. R.C. Marseille's Djibril Mourot was substituted for Mihail Toader. R.C. Marseille's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Renan Bouzat in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Souchu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustave Souchu came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Les Pionniers de Touraine's Karl Kubler. But to his dismay, Karl Kubler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Kubler got free with Gustave Souchu in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Kubler in the 84th minute of play forced R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Souchu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. R.C. Marseille were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Les Pionniers de Touraine's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Renan Bouzat took the corner. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Karl Kubler put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Gustave Souchu. When Les Pionniers de Touraine's Karl Kubler in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye R.C. Marseille's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Les Pionniers de Touraine had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
