An unexpectedly hard shot by Petros Tzouroudis in the 83rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute AEK Lamia club were awarded a corner. Giorgos Trichas went to the cornerflag to take it. Manolis Karaiskakis made a great header on AEK Lamia club's corner, it was just that Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88th minute, Manolis Karaiskakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 91st minute, Bohumir Kohout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. AEK Lamia club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
