Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Celestino Arnalt kicked off to start the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. 1-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Celestino Arnalt elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Arnalt in the 16th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 27th minute of play. GoalHunters's Daniel Jienescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 35th minute of play. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, GoalHunters's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Daniel Jienescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Eikelkamp hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Denis Oprescu with Naci Kac as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Celestino Arnalt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Celestino Arnalt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute Celestino Arnalt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Fabian Joldea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GoalHunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A collision led to GoalHunters getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bhadrayu Sethi hit a great ball. Daniel Jienescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Jienescu. Lars Meesters showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 87th minute of the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Daniel Jienescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Daniel Jienescu in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Oprescu scored 3-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
