If Niceto Ovalle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apolo Quilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faron Cenal in the 6th minute of the match. Apolo Quilo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Penuel Football Club's Faron Cenal. But to his dismay, Faron Cenal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Juan José López received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Apolo Quilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan José López fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Quilo having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Faron Cenal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cable a Tierra's Apolo Quilo. Apolo Quilo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17thth minute of the game Faron Cenal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cable a Tierra's Apolo Quilo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Niceto Ovalle came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Penuel Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Ovalle couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Cable a Tierra's goal looked a bit too open when Faron Cenal came free, but Apolo Quilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Ekain during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eleuterio Ekain kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cable a Tierra's Lucas Cisneros got a free kick in the 24th minute. Andrés Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Apolo Quilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faron Cenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Penuel Football Club booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Gaitan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Penuel Football Club's Niceto Ovalle in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cable a Tierra's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Ekain came free, but Victorio Detres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Juan José López hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Penuel Football Club getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lesardo Masbernat hit a great ball. The Cable a Tierra players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Penuel Football Club were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faron Cenal made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cable a Tierra's zone, Niceto Ovalle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Quilo came out of the goal and Niceto Ovalle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolo Quilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ortzi Elizondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 0-3 became the score in the 62nd minute when Niceto Ovalle elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Victorio Detres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Gorosti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st play minute Faron Cenal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Apolo Quilo. 0-4. Cable a Tierra's Filiberto Galindo was substituted for Roberto Lucila. Cable a Tierra made a substitution. Generoso Tavio replaced Feliberto Oxarra. Victorio Detres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Galindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rafel Mejia fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penuel Football Club's protests and gave Rafel Mejia a yellow card for diving instead. If Esquipula Saco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan José López kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Victoriano Eztebe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cable a Tierra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Penuel Football Club the free kick. The supporters of Penuel Football Club booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Eztebe didn't get a good kick on the ball.
