Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joakim Alberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Rune Jönsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rune Jönsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 12th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Alberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Alberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 14th minute of the match. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 17th minute. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Joakim Alberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Alberg having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Casper Wennerqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zlatan sucks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. Joakim Alberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Zlatan sucks's Joakim Alberg. Joakim Alberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Alberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rune Jönsson was the one to do the kick off. Joakim Alberg had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Gijsbert ter Kruimer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 57th minute Balthazar Bär shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Balthazar Bär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balthazar Bär, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Zlatan sucks's Joakim Alberg got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wim Wilmes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joakim Alberg having to make a save. After 75 played minutes Zlatan sucks got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Dahlberg. Joakim Alberg came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 78th minute of play forced Zlatan sucks's goalkeeper Joakim Alberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörn Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Zlatan sucks's Joakim Alberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Zlatan sucks from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Jönsson in the 84th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Balthazar Bär hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Balthazar Bär's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
