Rex Fynn did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Tommy Kahn 9 minutes into the match. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute of the match Szittyák SE rege got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zsolt Kardos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Rex Fynn advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 18th minute. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Nike Cavia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 5-0. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Jaume read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Tímár came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Szittyák SE rege's Lajos Tímár ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lajos Tímár's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Lajos Tímár put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Reynaldo Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lajos Tímár was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rex Fynn in the 51st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Nike Cavia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Nike Cavia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Szittyák SE rege made a substitution. László Gácsi replaced Lajos Tímár. An unexpectedly hard shot by László Gácsi in the 73rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. László Gácsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Marcos Alonso struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szittyák SE rege. László Gácsi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Szittyák SE rege got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Lizbeth ran over to the corner to take the kick. László Gácsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
