Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 2nd minute got a chance for a shot 2nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SRP-Laguna's goalie prevented a goal. Dráuzio Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wim Wilmes went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 15 minutes, Wim Wilmes made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SRP-Laguna's Dráuzio Cavalcante tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dráuzio Cavalcante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 21 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dráuzio Cavalcante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 30th minute, David Eikelkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dráuzio Cavalcante saved SRP-Laguna from getting behind. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 33rd minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Dráuzio Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dráuzio Cavalcante. SRP-Laguna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Wim Wilmes sped through SRP-Laguna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dráuzio Cavalcante. 39 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dráuzio Cavalcante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-11.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danilo Laguna to make the kick off. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dráuzio Cavalcante came out and tried to block the shot, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dráuzio Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dráuzio Cavalcante made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After 61 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dráuzio Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dráuzio Cavalcante. That made the score 0-14 in the 64 minute of play. Dráuzio Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Cavalcante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Meesters's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldts short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Dráuzio Cavalcante to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dráuzio Cavalcante came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gust Ennemans. But to his dismay, Gust Ennemans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-17. After 83 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 0-18 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dráuzio Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dráuzio Cavalcante came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-19. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dráuzio Cavalcante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 0-20, to the right of SRP-Laguna's Dráuzio Cavalcante. Dráuzio Cavalcante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dráuzio Cavalcante. Gijsbert ter Kruimer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-21. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SRP-Laguna.
