Noureddine Sanchis ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clovis Hénot in the 11th minute of play. With his leg Arnout Reekers managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noureddine Sanchis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Cosimo Mascia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Cosimo Mascia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosimo Mascia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Netherlands's Wim Wilmes in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Wim Wilmes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Cosimo Mascia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cosimo Mascia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Milan Froněk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. When Wim Wilmes got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Netherlands. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clovis Hénot in the 43rd minute of play. Clovis Hénot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Clovis Hénot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clovis Hénot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 57 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Clovis Hénot came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosimo Mascia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. A collision led to LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Karl Souvignet hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Souvignet to maneuver through the defense. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Cosimo Mascia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Cosimo Mascia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Sanchis in the 70th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gust Ennemans made in the 71st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Haakon Taankvist. In the last second Cosimo Mascia throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Haakon Taankvist got a free kick in the 78th minute. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO made a substitution. Guntademaro Pena replaced Nelson Rufino. In the 79th match minute, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haakon Taankvist to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clovis Hénot in the 91st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Cosimo Mascia threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
