The audience thought a goal was coming when Isauro Sota got free with Man Fish in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 played minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a freekick which was hit by Avantas Jado. In the 23rd minute of the match, Hermengildo Iruinea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Man Fish saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Man Fish successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Tilea in the 26th minute of play forced Morteros's goalkeeper Marco Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Morteros's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Tilea came free, but Marco Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isauro Sota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Man Fish made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Morteros's Isauro Sota slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Man Fish. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Marco Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hao Fan Yong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Isauro Sota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morteros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isauro Sota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Nemesio Tebaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morteros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrebimba o Malho SLB the free kick. Nemesio Tebaldo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Morteros's zone, Hao Fan Yong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Santo came out of the goal and Hao Fan Yong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isauro Sota to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Morteros's zone, Hao Fan Yong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Santo came out of the goal and Hao Fan Yong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Avantas Jado got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Morteros's Isauro Sota in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
