Mockfjärd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maarten Mur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maarten Mur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, Mockfjärd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Hedvall to maneuver through the defense. Bo Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Cambotinha EC's Peter Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Ekström in the 34th minute of play. Bo Ekström took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Čech. Peter Čech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When Bo Ekström came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Mockfjärd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Ekström couldn't finish the play. Mockfjärd's Jonas Kvarnström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cido Martins, made in the 44th minute of the game. Pablo Campodónico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Cambotinha EC's Caetano Furtado got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bo Ekström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Inácio Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Campodónico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maarten Mur hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Pablo Campodónico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho de Barros in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Cambotinha EC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Caetano Furtado hit a great ball. In the 64th match minute, Cambotinha EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Novaes to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Cambotinha EC's goal looked a bit too open when Maarten Mur came free, but Peter Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Bo Ekström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mockfjärd's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Ekström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Mockfjärd's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Faria came free, but Pablo Campodónico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
