Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sabin Tecău kicked off to start the match. When Sabin Tecău came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Knights Templar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabin Tecău couldn't finish the play. Diederik Van Mechelen charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diederik Van Mechelen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to YR Mechelen getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Diederik Van Mechelen hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Andries Mangelschot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YR Mechelen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knights Templar the free kick. After a rather tough play, YR Mechelen's Andries Mangelschot got a free kick in the 5th minute. With an all-out effort, Knights Templar's Andries Van Mechelen threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sabin Tecău, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eustaquio Bilbo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Vincent Van Mechelen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomir Medarov skillfully saved the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Celedonio Atauri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andries Van Mechelen. YR Mechelen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Atauri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the game, Acho Gergishanov threw the ball into play from the sideline. YR Mechelen's Adolphe De Maerschalckx quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Andries Van Mechelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Atauri in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabin Tecău in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andries Van Mechelen saved YR Mechelen from getting behind. Andries Mangelschot scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Medarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of YR Mechelen booed when Knights Templar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azam Swee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radomir Medarov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andries Mangelschot's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Radomir Medarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andries Mangelschot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32ndth minute of the game Sabin Tecău who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YR Mechelen's Andries Van Mechelen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andries Van Mechelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Tecău in the 42nd minute of the match. Azam Swee kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Radomir Medarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andries Mangelschot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andries Mangelschot to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Tuur Candries recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Radomir Medarov. Tuur Candries showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in YR Mechelen's zone, Celedonio Atauri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andries Van Mechelen came out of the goal and Celedonio Atauri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sabin Tecău recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Knights Templar's zone, Andries Mangelschot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomir Medarov came out of the goal and Andries Mangelschot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sabin Tecău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andries Van Mechelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Tecău in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Atauri in the 79th minute of play forced YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Andries Van Mechelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, YR Mechelen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terry Van Houdtvinck to maneuver through the defense. Celedonio Atauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Andries Van Mechelen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Tecău in the 83rd minute of play forced YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Andries Van Mechelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zheko Lenev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Knights Templar's Sabin Tecău in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye YR Mechelen's goalie prevented a goal. Diederik Van Mechelen hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Andries Van Mechelen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabin Tecău went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.
