The tension between the Germany and the Atlético-PR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany. The goalkeeper, Tommy Kahn, was totally fooled by Atlético-PR's Dorival Barral, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 16th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute of the match Dorival Barral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Erico in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 20 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dorival Barral who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dorival Barral got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard shot 22 in the game by Pedrinho Hoffmann from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. In the 23rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Erico in the 24th minute of play. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Dorival Barral with Dráuzio Barral as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenio Erico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Germany's Linus Schwerner quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eugênio Azevedo, made in the 32nd minute of the game. Atlético-PR's Pedrinho Hoffmann was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Erico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. With splendid footwork Arsenio Erico arrived in front of goal to shoot 4-0 by the left pole in the game's 43rd minute. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético-PR:s goal. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Erico in the 55th minute of play. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oswaldo Paraíba having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Erico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Cruz in the 65th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yang Ke Xun replaced Arsenio Erico. In the 74th match minute, Atlético-PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Holweck during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Yang Ke Xun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético-PR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Atlético-PR's Hong Jian Fan in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Atlético-PR's Oswaldo Paraíba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético-PR from getting a goal against them. Yang Ke Xun scored 7-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yang Ke Xun in the 94th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Yang Ke Xun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yang Ke Xun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0.
