Bovingdon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kingston/New Malden AFC the free kick. A collision led to Bovingdon getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. After a rather tough play, Bovingdon's Ernesto Moreno got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the game Claudio Amaya kicked a great long shot which passed Januario Orozco straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-0. One couldn't see Claudio Amaya behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Isaac Cerritos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Ernesto Sanchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Wilber Orozco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Januario Orozco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Amilcar Ramirez's late challenge caught a Kingston/New Malden AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amilcar Ramirez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Amilcar Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Isaac Cerritos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Januario Orozco. After a defensive mix-up in Bovingdon's zone, Wilber Orozco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Januario Orozco came out of the goal and Wilber Orozco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kingston/New Malden AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bovingdon for a fine match.
