Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luis Del Carmen made the kick off which started today's match. Sarbelio Carballo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 11th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Isaac Cerritos struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Sarbelio Carballo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kingston/New Malden AFC. In the 15thth minute of the game Isaac Cerritos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hythe's Sarbelio Carballo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sarbelio Carballo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Cerritos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hythe's zone, Wilber Orozco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarbelio Carballo came out of the goal and Wilber Orozco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jhalmar Verdugo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Díaz in the 28th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, one of Hythe:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hythe's Sarbelio Carballo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Cerritos in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hythe's zone, Libardo Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarbelio Carballo came out of the goal and Libardo Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Hythe's goalkeeper Sarbelio Carballo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilber Orozco. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Cerritos to make the kick off. Ramon Ancheta hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Wilber Orozco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hythe booed when Kingston/New Malden AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Vinosis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Del Carmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th match minute, Kingston/New Malden AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Orobio to maneuver through the defense. Jhalmar Verdugo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franklin Díaz in the 67th minute. Luis Del Carmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jhalmar Verdugo having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Claudio Pineda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Díaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Luis Del Carmen came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Hythe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Del Carmen couldn't finish the play. Libardo Cruz's late challenge caught a Hythe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Libardo Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kingston/New Malden AFC's Libardo Cruz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes, Franklin Díaz made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kingston/New Malden AFC's Jhalmar Verdugo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Franklin Díaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hythe's supporters rose to their feet, but Franklin Díaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jhalmar Verdugo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kingston/New Malden AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
