When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Oihenarte made a kick off. Tobias Oihenarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tobias Oihenarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Isusko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. When Tobias Oihenarte came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Chacarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Oihenarte couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chacarita walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
