Cleto Janpier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliciano Odol went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Marcelino Ladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ramayón's zone, Ladislao Savion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Janpier came out of the goal and Ladislao Savion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Savion in the 12th minute of play forced Ramayón's goalkeeper Cleto Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Eloy Lehior got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Carmen's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Lehior came free, but Marcelino Ladio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Ladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Lehior, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, Ramayón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Kelemen to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Mauricio Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carmen's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 36th minute, Ladislao Savion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carmen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Mauricio Bernaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Janpier having to interfere. Ladislao Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Galtero hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ladislao Savion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Janpier having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Bernaldo to make the kick off. Ramayón's Cleto Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Bernaldo in the 55th minute of play. Carmen's Ladislao Savion got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mauricio Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Santikurtz struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Marcelino Ladio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramayón. Mauricio Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ramayón booed when Carmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelino Ladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Santikurtz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ramayón's goalkeeper Cleto Janpier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcelino Ladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Lehior, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the match was over Carmen could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ramayón throughout the match.
