Paloma AFC's Julio Hotz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Paloma AFC from getting a goal against them. If Norberto Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Núñez's Fidel Aires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Hanot in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Paloma AFC's goalkeeper Julio Hotz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristobal Arotza. Núñez's Norberto Ferman got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norberto Ferman to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidro Hanot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fidel Aires. That made the score 0-1 in the 55 minute of play. Julio Hotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Arotza in the 59th minute of the match. Domingos Matai kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Norberto Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Norberto Ferman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Hotz was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 86th minute Norberto Ferman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Norberto Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Sagrario charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo Sagrario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Hotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Arotza, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Paloma AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
