Gervasio Gerazan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Pirmin's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Gervasio Gerazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Pirmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Ledesma's Clodoveo Tiadoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriana Lucila in the 14th minute of play. Modesto Rios struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Clodoveo Tiadoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pegasano. After a defensive mix-up in Pegasano's zone, Celedonio Pirmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Gerazan came out of the goal and Celedonio Pirmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Celedonio Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ledesma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celedonio Pirmin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pegasano's zone, Celedonio Pirmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Gerazan came out of the goal and Celedonio Pirmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bernardo Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ledesma getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Paulo Jerrold hit a great ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriana Lucila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Celedonio Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ledesma's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Pirmin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Gerazan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Ledesma's Leonides Esiquio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Gerazan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 played minutes Ledesma got a freekick which was hit by Elias Osoitz. In the 66th minute of the match Leonardo Ignatius sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clodoveo Tiadoro skillfully saved the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gervasio Mateo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Mateo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gervasio Mateo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Adriana Lucila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodoveo Tiadoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Rios in the 74th minute of the match. Celedonio Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Gerazan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Celedonio Pirmin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Gerazan was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Leonides Esiquio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Gerazan having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Leonides Esiquio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Modesto Rios took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clodoveo Tiadoro. Clodoveo Tiadoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.
