Omar Madeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leoncitos JR. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Leo Endura got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Leoncitos JR's William Banke got a free kick in the 41st minute. Primitivo Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Segundo Txindoki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayui's Omar Madeo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ayui from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Evert Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leoncitos JR's Joel Corderun pulled a muscle in his back after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Generoso Kiliz's late challenge caught a Leoncitos JR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Kiliz helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Ayui got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Kiliz. Leo Endura struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Omar Madeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leoncitos JR. The supporters of Leoncitos JR booed when Ayui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Markel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Oton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Leoncitos JR getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Severo Quico hit a great ball. Victorio Eduino might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Madeo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Eduino ran back to his position shaking his head. Leoncitos JR's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
