Nicanor Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Lehoi in the 3rd minute of play. Bernabe Corderun's late challenge caught a Mercedes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernabe Corderun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Bernabe Corderun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Lehoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nicanor Karmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, Mercedes's Arturo Lehoi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Karmel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Generoso Cordarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Karmel having to interfere. Generoso Cordarius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicanor Karmel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Serafin Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Estebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Linkin Maiik FC's Geronimo Joachim couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mercedes. Serafin Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Estebe in the 34th minute of play. Linkin Maiik FC's Severino Erruki got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Mercedes got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Marino. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Estebe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafin Senio was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The Linkin Maiik FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mercedes were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Estebe to strike the kick off in the second half. Arturo Lehoi took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicanor Karmel. Nicanor Karmel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a little luck, Linkin Maiik FC's Nicanor Karmel got control of the ball when Generoso Cordarius tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute Arturo Lehoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Arturo Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercedes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Lehoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicanor Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Lehoi in the 69th minute of play. Serafin Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Erruki in the 71st minute of play. If Arturo Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Linkin Maiik FC's Feliciano Estebe got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Generoso Cordarius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicanor Karmel. Linkin Maiik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Generoso Cordarius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 89 minutes into the match, Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Erruki came free, but Serafin Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Generoso Cordarius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicanor Karmel. Linkin Maiik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Generoso Cordarius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.
