It was beautiful to see Chiclana FC's Edgardo Oalo in action when he in the 6th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Chiclana FC's Froilan Mannuel got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dionisio Matteo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebrada AFC's protests and gave Dionisio Matteo a yellow card for diving instead. Dionisio Matteo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 12 minutes of play Quebrada AFC's Dionisio Matteo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Quebrada AFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Dionisio Matteo hit a great ball. Victoriano Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Sal in the 15th minute of play. Norberto Sal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Atarratze having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Quebrada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Eutropio. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Abel Eyague took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Faustino Ursino to make any attempt to save it. If Norberto Sal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Eyague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Ursino having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Quebrada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Eyague came free, but Faustino Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Quebrada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Eyague came free, but Faustino Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Eyague stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faustino Ursino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Eyague, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Faustino Ursino came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Chiclana FC's Froilan Mannuel. But to his dismay, Froilan Mannuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Eyague in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Ursino saved Quebrada AFC from getting behind. In the 76thth minute of the game Abel Eyague who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quebrada AFC's Faustino Ursino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norberto Sal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Froilan Mannuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Ursino having to interfere. Faustino Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Mannuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Chiclana FC's Victoriano Atarratze got control of the ball when Norberto Sal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norberto Sal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victoriano Atarratze came out and tried to block the shot, but Norberto Sal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 95th minute. Chiclana FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
