Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Wincanton's Avilio Villarreal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Nunes in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Gedling's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Bustamante came free, but Josue Olmedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Gilberto Nunes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Avilio Villarreal, 1-0. Efrain Bran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Julio Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 minutes, Jonathan Bustamante made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gedling's Josue Olmedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Bustamante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Josue Olmedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Jonathan Bustamante put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Josue Olmedo. If Gilberto Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josue Olmedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erick Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dagoberto Umanzor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Avilio Villarreal made a huge save. When Jhalmar Ocampo fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gedling's protests and gave Jhalmar Ocampo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Gedling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jhalmar Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Bustamante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Bustamante in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josue Olmedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilberto Nunes was the one to do the kick off. Erick Ayala's late challenge caught a Gedling's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erick Ayala helped the player get up and apologised. Erick Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Gilberto Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Bustamante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josue Olmedo having to interfere. Avilio Villarreal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Salinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldir Salinas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Gilberto Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avilio Villarreal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erick Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jonathan Bustamante struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Josue Olmedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wincanton. Avilio Villarreal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Waldir Salinas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Avilio Villarreal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Avilio Villarreal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Nunes in the 97th minute of play.
