Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bacup City's Marcelo Llorente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Primitivo Berrueta kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Augusto Leguizamon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Verdugo in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bacup City's zone, Salvador Carranza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Leguizamon came out of the goal and Salvador Carranza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 minutes of play, Archway AFC's Ulises Villanueva made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Leguizamon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Augusto Leguizamon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Erick Villarreal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Alonso Suarez made a huge save. Alonso Suarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erick Villarreal in the 28th minute. Ulises Villanueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Augusto Leguizamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Villanueva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Leguizamon having to interfere. Jonathan Guzman hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Jonathan Guzman came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Bacup City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Guzman couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Bacup City booed when Archway AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Carranza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erick Villarreal in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alonso Suarez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugo Verdugo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Verdugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Leguizamon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Marcelo Llorente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bacup City's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Llorente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonso Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Archway AFC's Hugo Verdugo in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Erick Villarreal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Bacup City's Augusto Leguizamon got control of the ball when Ulises Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Marcelo Llorente made a precise shot to the right of Alonso Suarez. Archway AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
