After 4 played minutes, Fakenham City's Pablo Alfaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alberto Guardado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fakenham City reached it. In the 8th match minute, Fakenham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Chavez to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, David Barraza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Guardado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 20 played minutes Wooler AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Garay. David Barraza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovani Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ramon Bautista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by David Barraza got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Efren Bustamante's late challenge caught a Fakenham City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efren Bustamante helped the player get up and apologised.

Wooler AFC's Juan Garay shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ramon Bautista but with some difficulty. Giovani Moreno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Ramon Bautista when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Fakenham City's Ramon Bautista got control of the ball when Giovani Moreno tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st play minute Giovani Moreno came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ramon Bautista. 1-1. After 64 played minutes Wooler AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Barrera. 69 minutes into the match, Fakenham City's goalkeeper Ramon Bautista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giovani Moreno. Alberto Guardado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Barraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Giovani Moreno's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Ramon Bautista skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Guillermo Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillermo Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcos Peña kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88thth minute of the game David Barraza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wooler AFC's Alberto Guardado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Barrera struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Ramon Bautista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wooler AFC. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
