After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Xurxo Millares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itana's supporters rose to their feet, but Xurxo Millares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quirze Cuello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Aureliano Sando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quirze Cuello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Itana's Aureliano Sando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quirze Cuello narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Picsi booed when Itana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manex Mauricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nesto Casanueva in the 24th minute of play forced Itana's goalkeeper Omar Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurxo Millares couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes of play, Itana's Aureliano Sando made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quirze Cuello was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bizi Valgrande in the 62nd minute of the match. Bizi Valgrande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Omar Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quirze Cuello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintan Mimenza, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Xurxo Millares in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
