After a defensive mix-up in Cancas FC's zone, Xaven Marcilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbes Carmenes came out of the goal and Xaven Marcilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paskal Arrueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Machado Flames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bembe Calzado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbes Carmenes having to interfere. Pablo-Enrique Cando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Machado Flames having to interfere. Machado Flames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paskal Arrueta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Cancas FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Redeño. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bembe Calzado to strike the kick off in the second half. Paskal Arrueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Machado Flames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Machado Flames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paskal Arrueta, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Chornos getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Teyo Gonta hit a great ball. Paskal Arrueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pablo-Enrique Cando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cancas FC booed when Chornos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Mendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bembe Calzado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Urbes Carmenes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbes Carmenes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chornos. Diagur Alamasa kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Bembe Calzado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Pablo-Enrique Cando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chornos's Machado Flames was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Pablo-Enrique Cando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
