Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fernando Amaya started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Felix Osorios short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got David Barrera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bocas Town F.C.'s David Barrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Amaya in the 6th minute of play. Edgardo Calderón came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Bocas Town F.C.'s Gustavo Spadafora. But to his dismay, Gustavo Spadafora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gustavo Spadafora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Calderón having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Spadafora in the 16th minute of play forced Nuevo Guararé F.C.'s goalkeeper Edgardo Calderón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Bocas Town F.C.'s Gustavo Spadafora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Calderón made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Edgardo Calderón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Gonzalez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30thth minute of the game Felipe Gonzalez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nuevo Guararé F.C.'s Edgardo Calderón was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Corral charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Corral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bocas Town F.C. booed when Nuevo Guararé F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Corral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Gonzalez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Felix Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Spadafora in the 41st minute of play forced Nuevo Guararé F.C.'s goalkeeper Edgardo Calderón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nuevo Guararé F.C.'s zone, Felipe Gonzalez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Calderón came out of the goal and Felipe Gonzalez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felipe Gonzalez made a kick off. Edgardo Calderón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Gonzalez in the 54th minute of play. Felix Ramirez hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Gustavo Spadafora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Bocas Town F.C.'s Gustavo Spadafora sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Calderón narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Osorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Felix Osorio came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Nuevo Guararé F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Osorio couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Moisés Corral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Calderón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Gonzalez in the 88th minute of the match. Fernando Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Barrera having to interfere. The Bocas Town F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
